The best Netstock alternative depends on the size of your business and network, and on who you want doing the replenishment work: your buyers in planning software, or AI agents with your buyer approving. We compare 8 options, including staying on Netstock and running on your ERP and Excel. A decision tree below gets you to a shortlist.

Blue Ridge
Blue Ridge is planning software that sits on top of your ERP, built for distributors, manufacturers and retailers with $100M to $5B in revenue. It covers demand planning, replenishment and multi-location inventory. Buyers approve the orders, and since 2026 AI agents take on routine work as they prove accurate. Customers include Southwest Traders, a foodservice distributor.
ERP + Excel
Many distributors buy from their ERP's reorder report and a spreadsheet their buyer maintains. Most ERPs, Microsoft Business Central for example, suggest orders from reorder points or min/max levels, and the buyer adjusts the rest in Excel. This works when demand is steady and one person knows the catalogue. It gets harder as SKUs, locations and seasonality grow.
Netstock
Netstock is planning software for small and mid-sized distributors and manufacturers, with more than 2,500 customers. It classifies SKUs, sets safety stock by service level, forecasts each SKU and suggests orders. Buyers review and adjust the suggestions, and since 2025 AI features explain the numbers and draft emails to suppliers. If it already works for your team, staying is a fair choice. PullLogic
PullLogic is an AI platform for mid-sized and large companies with multi-location networks, such as equipment makers with dealers, electrical manufacturers and distributors, and large retailers. It forecasts demand and positions stock across the network. The company says its AI agents recommend or place replenishment orders with minimal human input. It works alongside ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics.
RELEX
RELEX is a planning platform for mid-market and enterprise retailers, manufacturers and wholesalers. It covers forecasting, replenishment and allocation in one system. Buyers stay in charge, with AI agents that diagnose problems and act once authorised, for example to fix a forecast. Wholesale customers include Onninen, a Nordic HVAC and electrical distributor.
Slimstock
Slimstock's Slim4 is inventory optimisation software for mid-market and enterprise companies in wholesale, retail and manufacturing. It classifies SKUs, forecasts demand, sets service levels and builds orders. Buyers work from its suggestions while AI agents take on repetitive tasks. Its consultants support the rollout. It has more than 1,700 customers, and its site shows wholesalers such as Sonepar, Rubix and Bunzl.
StockIQ
StockIQ is planning software for mid-market manufacturers and distributors. It covers demand planning, inventory optimisation and sales and operations planning, and connects to ERPs such as Dynamics, Acumatica, NetSuite, Epicor and Sage. Buyers run it, and its AI agent, Edison, answers their questions and recommends actions. Full integration takes about 12 weeks.
Whitespace
Whitespace gives wholesalers and distributors AI that runs inventory replenishment and does other work. It is built for small and mid-market businesses. It forecasts demand from your full sales history and customer context, and builds each order around MOQs, lead times and your buyer's rules. AI agents do the work, and your buyer approves each PO. Most customers go live in less than a week.

Case study: why an industrial distributor chose Whitespace
An industrial distributor with around 20,000 SKUs on Acumatica ran purchasing through an Excel tool that one buyer maintained by hand, about twice a week. The workload did not scale as the business grew. They had looked at Netstock before and stayed with their spreadsheet.
This time they chose Whitespace, because it handles the nuances of their business and it learns. They went live within the week. On the latest run, the buyer accepted more than 90% of its purchase orders as they were.
"All the replenishment is now done with Whitespace. For me especially, the performance and efficiency is huge."

Frequently asked questions
Is Whitespace a good alternative to Netstock?
Whitespace suits distributors who want AI to do the replenishment work, exceptions included, with their buyer having oversight. Teams that want planning software to operate themselves may prefer Netstock.
How much work is it to switch to Whitespace?
Very little. Most customers go live in less than a week. AI agents map and clean your data, and your team walks us through how you buy once.
Does my buyer stay in control?
Yes. Your buyer can review every line with its reason and approve the PO before it goes into your ERP.
Which ERPs does Whitespace work with?
SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Epicor, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sage, QuickBooks and Acumatica.
